Tuldok Animation's RISE Project Receives CCP Innovation Grant

As part of its calibrated response towards the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP)  implemented an Innovation Grants Program.

This paved the way for Tuldok's RISE Project, which opened the doors to the production of the Bernardo Carpio comics with augmented reality component and the short animated films Bernardo Carpio, Si Bulusan nan si Agingay, and Sulayman.

Tuldok Animation Studios, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization that produces, promotes,  and facilitates animated projects in line with traditional Filipino values and in the spirit of “bayanihan.”

Composed of advocacy-driven creatives from various fields and coming from different places around the Philippines and the world, its main thrust is to contribute to the Filipino heritage through the production of original Filipino animated content and the promotion of artistic works through school tours, seminars, and workshops.  


Bernardo Carpio Comics & Short Film

As part of Tuldok's Folktales Animated Project, a Tuldok team ventured into the animated short film adaptation of the Bernardo Carpio epic tale from the province of Rizal, alongside a comics with augmented reality (AR) project coinciding with the production of the short film.

As part of Tuldok's Folktales Animated Project, a Tuldok team ventured into the animated short film adaptation of Si Bulusan nan si Agingay, a tale from the province of Sorsogon.

Past Projects

Tuldok Animation has produced short films, educational and advocacy videos, and AVPs. It has spearheaded seminars and workshops through partnerships with various private institutions and government agencies. It has also participated in a number of local and international film markets.
